Refunds at RUDN Enclave are strictly limited to the following circumstances:

  • System Errors: If a payment was debited from your account due to a technical fault, gateway failure, or system malfunction, and no corresponding booking or service was confirmed.

Refund requests based on change of mind, personal circumstances, or voluntary cancellation of bookings are not covered under this policy.

2. Verification Process

All refund requests are subject to thorough verification before approval. This process includes:

  • Reviewing transaction records and payment history
  • Cross-checking with our banking and payment gateway partners
  • Confirming whether the duplicate or erroneous charge is reflected in our system
  • Internal approval from the finance and accounts department

Refunds will only be processed after successful completion of the due verification process.

3. How to Submit a Refund Request

To initiate a refund, you must:

  • Contact our support team within a reasonable time of the erroneous transaction
  • Provide your full name, CNIC/Passport number, and registered contact details
  • Submit proof of payment (bank receipt, transaction ID, or screenshot)

In cases involving financial institutions, kindly provide a formal statement or letter from your bank or financial institution confirming the erroneous or duplicate transaction

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is verified and approved:

  • Processing may take 7 to 21 working days depending on the payment method used
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment wherever possible
  • In cases where a direct reversal is not possible, an alternate mutually agreed method will be used

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be entertained in the following cases:

  • Voluntary cancellation of booking or investment plans
  • Change of preference regarding plot, block, or payment plan
  • Delays or disputes arising from incomplete documentation submitted by the applicant
  • Transactions already settled and confirmed through official receipts

6. Disputed Transactions

If you believe a payment was made in error and you have not received any acknowledgment from our team:

  • You may raise a dispute directly with your bank or payment gateway
  • RUDN Enclave will cooperate fully with any official investigation
  • All communication must be directed through official channels to ensure proper handling
