RUDN Enclave Executive Block — New Policy Guidelines for Sector A, B, C & D

RUDN Enclave Executive Block — New Policy Guidelines for Sector A, B, C & D

When a housing project delivers on its balloting commitments on time, it says everything about the people running it. And RUDN Enclave has done exactly that.

The balloting process for Sector A and Sector B has been successfully completed. This is a significant milestone, not just for the investors in these sectors, but for the entire RUDN Enclave community.

Now, alongside this announcement, new policy guidelines have been introduced for the Executive Block Sector A, B, C & D, applicable till 30th June 2026. If you’re an investor in any of these sectors, this is the update you need to read carefully.

What Are the New Policy Guidelines?

The new guidelines set out clear payment criteria for each sector. Here’s a simple breakdown of what’s required:

Sector A — 100% Closed

Sector A balloting is complete and the sector is now fully closed. Investors who have already fulfilled their payment criteria retain their plots. No new allotments are being made in Sector A.

Sector B — Full Payment Required

  • 100% Land Cost
  •  100% Development Charges

Sector C — Land Cost + Half Development

  • 100% Land Cost
  • 50% Development Charges

Sector D — Land Cost + Quarter Development

  • 100% Land Cost
  •  25% Development Charges

Each sector has its own threshold  and meeting that threshold by 30th June 2026 is what determines whether you retain your plot, qualify for balloting, or become eligible for shifting.

Who Does This Apply To?

We have made three categories to help investors understand exactly where they stand:

Category 1 — You’re Already Good to Go  If you already hold an allotment in Sector A, B, C or D and have fulfilled the payment criteria mentioned above. Your plot is secure and you retain it in your respective sector. No further action is needed on your end.

Category 2 — You Have an Allotment Letter But Haven’t Cleared Dues Yet  If you hold an allotment letter in Sector A, B, C or D but haven’t yet met the payment criteria, this is your window. We are encouraging all such investors to clear their outstanding dues by 30th June 2026 in order to retain their plots.

Category 3 — Non-Balloted Members or Investors from Other Sectors If you’re from any other sector, or are a non-balloted member, there’s still an opportunity for you. Investors who fulfill the applicable payment criteria by 30th June 2026 will be eligible for shifting and balloting in Sector A, B, C & D as per the applicable criteria and policy.
