Construction across the society is actively progressing at full pace. Executive block

The Executive block of RUDN Enclave is at the final stages of completion. Development in the model streets of the East and West sector is progressing at a rapid pace. With completed roads, drainage system in place, and street lights installed, possession handovers are in progress and construction work is happening at full pace. 

Horticulture, Landscaping & Nursery

Horticulture and parks development has officially commenced at RUDN Enclave with active landscaping, plantation, and nursery operations on site. Parks are being developed with walkways, jogging tracks, family spaces, and children’s play areas, creating a wellness-driven lifestyle for you. 

Masjid

A fully constructed Masjid is now operational within RUDN Enclave. This is one of the clearest signs that the society is transitioning from a development phase into a liveable community.
